We’re all about helping you to get your best possible start, so we hate to think you’re losing any sleep over our products or service. If something’s not right or you need any help, fill in this form and our customer experience team will help.

If you’d like to return a mattress or any other product within its trial period, head to our home trial page for all of the details you need to know.

mattresses

If you're not happy with your mattress, just let us know within your 100 night trial and we’ll pick it up straight from your bedroom for free, and fully refund your purchase. No questions asked.

You can return it in any condition (we know that it won't always look brand new once you've slept on it). And don’t worry about trying to squeeze it back in the box. You’d have to be superhuman to manage that marvellous feat.

Simply fill out this form and we’ll organise a collection with our courier.

pillows

We accept returns on all eve pillows if it’s requested within 30 days of delivery. That means your pillows can be opened, slept on and still be eligible for a return thanks to our 30 day trial (see our home trials page for more info).

We recommend holding on to your original pillow box to make returning them easy peasy.

How to return your eve pillows

For refunds:

  • You’ll have up to 30 days from the day after you receive your goods to claim your return via this form. We’ll then arrange the next step for you.

  • Once we confirm your return, you’ll have an additional 14 days to get your pillows back to us. We’ll cover the cost of delivery by sending you a prepaid return label, so that’s one less thing for you to worry about.
  • We’ll issue a refund if the goods are still in good condition and comply with our refund policy. If the items have been damaged, we may reduce your refund.

For exchanges:

  • We don't offer a direct exchange, but you can return your pillows within the 30 day trial period and
    re-order. You’ll get a brand new 30 days trial on your pillows.

bedding

If you’ve changed your mind and want a refund on your eve bedding purchase, we can help. For health and hygiene reasons we can’t offer returns or refunds on the following items unless they are unopened, unused and in the original packaging:

  • Adult and baby mattress protectors
  • Adult duvets and child pillow & duvets
  • Adult and child bedsheet (duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcases)

We recommend returning your bedding in secure packaging to avoid it being damaged in transit. If the products arrive damaged, this may affect your return.

How to return your eve bedding

For refunds:

  • You’ll have up to 30 days from the day after you receive your goods to claim your return via this form. We’ll then arrange the next step for you which may include taking photos of the item/ items to prove they are in good condition.
  • Once we confirm your return claim, you’ll have an additional 14 days to get your bedding back to us. We’ll cover the cost of delivery so that’s one less thing for you to worry about.
  • We’ll issue a refund if the goods are still in good condition and comply with our refund policy. If the items have been damaged, we may reduce your refund.

furniture

We accept returns on the following eve furniture items:

  • Bed frames
  • Bedroom furniture: Bedside table, Ottoman.

We recommend returning your furniture packed well in a secure box to avoid it being damaged in transit. If the product arrives damaged, this may affect your return.

How to return your eve furniture

For refunds:

  • You’ll have up to 30 days from the day after you receive your goods to claim your return via this form. We’ll then arrange the next step for you which may include taking photos of the item/ items to prove they are in good condition.
  • Once we confirm your return claim, we’ll arrange a collection at a time that suits you, free of charge.
  • We’ll issue a refund if the goods are still in good condition and comply with our refund policy. If the items have been damaged, we may reduce your refund.

other products

All other products have a 30 day refund period, so long as there is no evidence of use. For the refund to be processed, you’ll need to return your eve products in their original packaging and we’ll ask for photographic proof of this when you fill out our returns form.

Once opened any sealed food supplements, ingestible or cosmetics products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty.

home trials

If you’re not happy with your eve product during its home trial period, all you have to do is let us know and we’ll arrange a free collection at a time that suits you (with the exception of pillows). Get the full scoop over on our home trials page.

As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process your refund. No questions asked. And as a little reminder, our home trials are:

mattresses: 100 nights
topper: 30 nights
pillows: 30 nights
cot mattress: 30 nights

processing refunds

Your refund will be sent to the payment method you used to place your order once our warehouse has received, inspected and accepted your return.

For debit card, credit card or PayPal payments, your refund should reach your account within 1-7 working days. For AMEX, this can take up to 10 working days.


If you paid for a nominated day delivery slot, this additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

concerns with your new mattress?

If there’s fault with your mattress within your 100 night trial, simply fill out this form to get the quickest response from us. If there’s a fault with your mattress outside of this time period, use our warranty form.

offers and discounts

If you used one of our offers or discounts, such as a free pillow, you’re still entitled to home trials on certain products. Jump over to our home trials page for details on our mattress, topper, pillow and cot mattress home trials.


If you don’t return the free products within their return policy, their price (at the time of your purchase) will be deducted from your refund. Any free products won’t be eligible for a return in exchange for a refund or any other form of compensation.
