Matt Janes, our neuroscientist, investigated the alarm’s effects on your Sympathetic Nervous System (that’s the part of the brain that causes ‘flight or fight’). While Michael Banissy, our psychologist, unearthed the impact of ‘snoozing’ on your mental health.
